Dr Neale only offers treatments to patients 18 years and above.

All treatments require a full consultation with Dr Neale before a treatment plan is agreed to ensure that the treatment is appropriate for you. During this consultation, Dr Neale will take a full medical history and perform a holistic facial assessment. It is important that you disclose your full medical history to ensure that Dr Neale has all the facts available in order to safely advise on your treatment plan. Before any treatment goes ahead you will be given information about the proposed benefits and risks of the treatment and asked to sign a consent form. Dr Neale reserves the right to refuse treatment if he does not feel it is appropriate in your case.

Treatment prices are displayed on this website; however, we reserve the right to change those prices at any time.

A £40 non-refundable booking fee is chargeable in order to secure an appointment. This is transferable with at least 48 hours notice but is non-refundable.

Consultations incur a £40 non-refundable fee on booking to cover the cost of the appointment. This is redeemable against any treatments that are subsequently undertaken.

Following an initial consultation, in order to book a future appointment for treatment, a new booking fee will be chargeable, which will be deducted from the cost of treatment on the day.

Booked appointments with a fee paid but result in no treatment given will result in the booking fee being used for Dr Neale’s time and advice. This will not be refunded if the treatment is unsuitable or inappropriate for you. 

Dr Neale will always endeavour to accommodate late arrivals, however, this may result in a shorter appointment or may require the appointment to be re-scheduled, for which a booking fee may be payable.

You enter into a legally binding contract to pay for the cost of the treatment in full on the day.

By booking an appointment with Dr Neale, you are agreeing to us holding your personal details including your name, date of birth, contact details and medical history.
